At Same Day Printing London, our goal is to make your printing experience smooth, fast, and reliable. These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we handle our business together. How to Place an Order

When you place an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please make sure everything you enter—like your address, contact details, product choices, and the number of items—is correct. If you give us the wrong information, we cannot be responsible for problems or delays.

After you order and pay, we will send you a confirmation email. This means we have received your order, but sometimes, we may need to cancel or refuse an order (for example, if there is a price mistake or the product is not available).

Supplying Artwork and Files

You are in charge of supplying us with the correct files and artwork. Please check your files for spelling mistakes, low-quality images, or the wrong size before you send them to us. We print exactly what you provide. If you are not sure if your file is ready to print, please ask us before you order. We can check your file for you if you ask, but you are still responsible for the final content.

Proofs and Colour Matching

We try to match the colours and designs you see on your screen as closely as possible. However there might be small differences because screens use light (RGB) and printers use ink (CMYK). We cannot promise an exact match. If you need your colours to be very precise, ask us for a printed proof before you order a large quantity. Small colour changes are normal and do not count as mistakes.

Paying for Your Order

All orders must be paid for when you place them. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All prices on our website include VAT unless we say otherwise. If your payment does not go through, we will pause your order until we receive payment.

Printing Times

We work hard to get your printing done as quickly as possible. Most jobs can be finished the same day if you order early. Bigger or more complex orders may take longer. We will tell you how long we expect your order to take when you place it. Please remember, these times are estimates. Sometimes, things like machine problems or supply delays can slow us down.

Delivery and Collection

We offer several ways to get your order:

  • Same-day courier delivery (in London)
  • Next-day delivery
  • Standard shipping (across the UK)
  • Collection from our shop

Delivery times are estimates. They may change due to weather, traffic, or problems with the courier. If you pick up your order from our shop, please check it before you leave. If you take your order and later find a problem, we cannot take responsibility.

If your order is delivered, check it as soon as it arrives. If there is damage or a mistake, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos of the problem.

Missed Deliveries and Wrong Addresses

It is your job to make sure someone can receive your delivery at the address you give us. If the courier cannot deliver, they may leave a card or take your order to a collection point. If your order comes back to us because of a wrong address or no one being home, you will need to pay for re-delivery. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect addresses or if nobody is available to receive order.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have a problem, please contact us within 7 days of getting your prints. Tell us your order number, what went wrong, and send photos if you can.

If the problem is our fault (like a printing mistake or damage in delivery), we will offer you a reprint, a refund, or store credit. If you want to cancel or change your order, let us know right away. If we have not started printing, we can usually help. If printing has started, we may not be able to cancel the order and may charge you for the work already done.

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Mistakes in your own artwork (like typos or bad images)
  • Normal, small colour differences
  • Damage after you have collected your order
  • Orders not picked up within 10 days (these may be thrown away)
  • Problems reported more than 7 days after delivery

What You Are Responsible For

You are responsible for:

  • Giving us the correct contact and delivery information
  • Sending us correct, print-ready files
  • Checking your order before leaving our shop or after delivery
  • Telling us about any problems quickly

Artwork Rights and Copyright

By sending us files, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them. Do not send us anything illegal, offensive, or that belongs to someone else without permission. We may refuse any order if we think it breaks these rules.

We may use photos of finished print jobs in our portfolio or for marketing, unless you tell us not to in writing before your order is finished.

Our Limits of Responsibility

We promise to do our best, but our responsibility is limited:

  • We are not responsible for any indirect or special damages caused by using our service
  • The most we will pay for any claim is the amount you paid for your order
  • We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by things we cannot control, like courier problems, supply chain issues, or natural disasters
