We understand that every print job is important and that you expect your order to meet your needs and standards. While we always strive for perfection, we recognise that sometimes issues can occur. Our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to be honest, fair, and clear so you know exactly what to expect if you encounter a problem.

Checking Your Order at Store Collection

If you choose to collect your order from our London shop, we kindly ask you to check your items before leaving. Please review the print quality, make sure the size, paper, quantity, and any finishing options match your order, and look for any obvious issues. If you spot any problems, please let us know immediately while you are still at the shop. We will be glad to resolve any concerns on the spot, either by fixing the issue or arranging a reprint as needed.

Once you have left the premises with your order, we will consider the job accepted and completed. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for problems reported after you have left our shop. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to address any mistakes right away.

Delivered Orders and Reporting Issues

If your order is delivered to you, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there is visible damage to the packaging, take a photograph before opening it. Check your printed items for any defects, such as printing errors, damage, or missing components.

If you find a problem with your order, contact us within seven days of receiving your delivery. Provide a clear description of the issue, include your order number and the date of receipt, and attach clear photographs of the problem area as well as the overall product. The more information you can provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.

If the problem is confirmed to be our fault, such as a printing error or damage that occurred during delivery, we will offer you a free reprint, a full or partial refund, or store credit, depending on what is most appropriate for the situation. In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty products before processing a refund or reprint, while in other cases, your photographs may be sufficient.

Colour Variation and Printed Proofs

Please note that there may be slight differences between the colours you see on your screen and those that are printed. This is due to natural variations between the way screens display colours (using light) and the way printers use ink (using pigment). Colour variations within normal industry standards do not qualify as a defect.

If colour accuracy is critical for your job, we recommend requesting a printed proof before placing a large order. While we aim for close colour matching, exact matches cannot always be guaranteed. Refunds or reprints will not be provided for minor or standard colour variation, but if the difference is significant and outside normal tolerance, please reach out and we will review your case.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Our production process is fast, especially for same-day orders. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been sent to print, we will do our best to stop production or make the changes you need. If work has already started or is completed, cancellation or changes may not be possible. If a partial cancellation is possible, the cost of work already completed will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid issues, please double-check your order details and artwork before confirming your purchase.

Customer Artwork and Responsibility

We print directly from the files you provide. Please make sure your artwork is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for in customer-supplied files, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect sizes, or design layout issues. We encourage all customers to carefully check their files at 100% size and review all details before uploading. If you need assistance preparing your artwork, please contact us for advice before you order.

When Refunds or Reprints Are Not Offered

There are certain cases where refunds or reprints are not available. These include:

  • Errors or low quality in the artwork supplied by the customer
  • Minor colour differences within normal printing standards
  • Damage or loss occurring after you have collected your order from our shop
  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery
  • Orders not collected from our store within ten days (these may be disposed of with no refund)
  • Complaints made more than seven days after collection or delivery

 

Delivery Delays and Uncontrollable Events

On rare occasions, events outside our control may cause production or delivery delays. This can include severe weather, transport strikes, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions. If such a situation arises, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with our suppliers and couriers to resolve the issue quickly. While we do everything we can to minimise disruption, refunds for delays caused by these external factors are not available.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days of receiving it. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible. Tell us whether you would prefer a reprint, refund, or store credit. We will review your complaint within two working days and respond with a fair solution.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, we will process it within seven working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account. We will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed.
